1. IDENTIFICATION DETAILS
In compliance with the duty of disclosure as provided for in section 10 of Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, the following information is hereby disclosed: the holder of the domain name of the website is the company RECYCLED PLASTICS COMPOUNDS, S.L. (hereinafter, REYTRAPLAST), whose registered address for the purposes herein is in c/Gran Vial 6 – 08170 Montornés del Vallés (Barcelona), is the holder of TIN B44598167, is registered with the Companies Registry of Barcelona, in Volume 3.852, Book 3.198, Section 2, folio 1, sheet no. 40.573, and has contact email address reytraplast@reytraplast.com.
2. USERS
Access to and the use of REYTRAPLAST’s portal by individuals confers upon them the status of USER, who must accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use set forth herein from the time of access/use. The aforementioned Terms and Conditions shall apply regardless of any other General Contractual Terms and Conditions to which the USER may be subject.
3. USE OF THE PORTAL
“www.reytraplast.com” provides access to a great deal of information, services, programs and data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet that belong to REYTRAPLAST or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes all liability for the use made of the portal. This liability shall extend to any form of registration that may be required to access certain services or contents.
Whenever the USER is required to register, truthful, lawful information must be provided. As a consequence of registering, the USER may be given a password, which she/he undertakes to make responsible use of and keep secret. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as its chat services, discussion forums and news groups) that REYTRAPLAST posts on its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them for (i) taking part in unlawful, illegal activities or that go against the spirit of good faith and public order; (ii) spread contents or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or illegal nature, or that justify terrorism or constitute an attack on human rights; (iii) damaging the physical and IT systems of REYTRAPLAST, its suppliers or third parties, introducing and spreading computer viruses or any other physical or IT systems that are likely to cause any such damage; (iv) attempting to access and, if applicable, using the email accounts of other users and modifying or manipulating their messages. REYTRAPLAST reserves the right to withdraw any comments or contributions that violate the respect for personal dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that jeopardise young people or children, public order and security or that, in its opinion are not suitable for publication. In any event, REYTRAPLAST may not be held liable for the opinions expressed by the users on its forums, chats and other communication tools.
4. DATA PROTECTION
REYTRAPLAST complies with the directives set out in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which passed the implementing regulations of the Organic Law and all other regulations in force at any given time, and it ensures that proper use is made of the USER’s personal data that are processed. To do so, whenever users submit personal data by filling in the forms for any services they request, REYTRAPLAST shall inform them of the existence and mandatory acceptance of the specific terms and conditions for processing their data, the data controller of the file created, the address of the data controller, the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, the purpose for processing their data and those disclosed to third parties if applicable.
Furthermore, REYTRAPLAST hereby informs you that it complies with Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, and shall ask for your consent to your email address being processed for marketing purposes at all times.
5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
REYTRAPLAST is the holder, assignee or licensor of all the intellectual and industrial property rights on its website, as well as all features posted on it (by way of example, images, sound, audio, videos, software, texts, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of materials used, computer programs required for it to work, its access and use, etc.).

Pursuant to the provisions of sections 8 and 32.1, paragraph two, of the Intellectual Property Act, the reproduction, distribution and public disclosure, even if available for download, of all or part of the contents of this website, is strictly prohibited for commercial purposes, on any medium or by using any technical means, without REYTRAPLAST’s consent. The USER undertakes to respect REYTRAPLAST’s Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. You may display the features on the portal and even print, copy and store them on your PC’s hard drive or on any other hardware, provided you do so for your sole and exclusive personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, by-passing or manipulating any protection device or security system that may be installed on REYTRAPLAST’s website.
6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
REYTRAPLAST may not be held liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise from, by way of example only: errors or omissions in the contents, the portal being unavailable, or the spread of viruses, malware or spyware in the contents, despite it having adopted all technological measures to prevent such events.
7. MODIFICATIONS
REYTRAPLAST reserves the right to make any modifications it deems fit to its portal without prior notice, whereby it may change, delete or add both contents and services that are provided on it, as well as the way they are presented or the place they are found on the portal.
8. LINKS
In the event that links or hyperlinks were posted on «www.reytraplast.com» to other websites, REYTRAPLAST shall not exercise any control over these websites or their contents. Under no circumstances shall REYTRAPLAST assume any liability for the contents of any links to another website, nor shall it vouch for the technical availability, quality, purpose, accuracy, extension, veracity, validity or constitutionality or any materials or information posted on any of these hyperlinks or other websites.
Furthermore, the inclusion of these external links shall not imply any type of shareholding in, association or merger with the entities with links to the website.
9. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
REYTRAPLAST reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered on it without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the suggestion of a third party, by any users who breach these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
10. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
REYTRAPLAST shall pursue any breach of these terms and conditions, in addition to the misuse of its portal by taking all civil and criminal actions to which it may have recourse.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND THEIR TERM
REYTRAPLAST may at any time amend these terms and conditions, which shall be deemed to have been duly published as they appear herein.
The term of these terms and conditions shall depend on how long they are posted on the website and until they are amended by others that have been duly published.
12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between REYTRAPLAST and the USER shall be governed by Spanish law and all disputes shall be settled by the Courts and Tribunals in the city of the city of Barcelona.
